Maclean’s magazine has named the City of Burnaby as the “Best Run City in Canada” based on a newly released survey. The magazine’s first annual Best (and Worst) Run Cities report highlights Burnaby, B.C. as the model city for the rest of Canada municipalities to aspire to.
